A FEW OF OUR PROJECTS
For a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company, we worked with Project Management Office (PMO) leadership to manage nine workstreams focused on reorganizing the company's clinical development capabilities into a global function. Sample workstreams include R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, HR and external clinical research organizations. We established and tracked key project milestones, managed internal PMO teams and regularly reported progress to senior company leadership.
For a Fortune 250 vaccine developer, we worked with the Project Management Office to identify and deconflict multiple overlapping governance models across several organization-wide strategic initiatives. We outlined opportunities to harmonize governance structures to better align with strategic objectives.
For a major Japanese pharmaceutical company, we worked with the Chief Medical Officer, global functional executive leaders, Human Resources and Finance to implement the organizational redesign of five medical groups encompassing 2,550 medical professionals in 35 countries. We managed project plans, created an internal knowledge management portal and developed key messaging distributed by the company's internal Communications team.
We guided the integration teams in a three-firm merger of national oncology research consortia. We harmonized organizational cultures and analyzed, designed and implemented operational efficiencies to reduce clinical research protocol development time vs. national averages. We established key performance indicators and created a dashboard for the newly-combined organization's clinical trials portfolio, allowing senior leadership to track status at a glance and adjust project-specific resources more efficiently.
For a new medical device company, we defined and executed both Regulatory and Marketing Strategies. We clarified US and European regulatory requirements and timelines and established the company's Quality Management System, including numerous processes and procedures to ensure adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices. We led Market Research efforts to ensure the device met target clinicians' usability expectations and confirmed Medicare reimbursement amounts so target customers could understand potential profitability for their practices. Working with the CEO and internal engineers, we determined a viable product pipeline, set reasonable financial metrics and created pro-forma volume and revenue models. We developed marketing and sales materials for print, web and social media, established partnerships with independent sales reps and promoted the device at international conventions and trade shows.
